Optical Emission Spectrometer （OES）

OES is an analytical technique for the detection of various metal elements. It can be used for the detection of metal semi-finished or finished products, metal processing industry, pipes, bars, wires and plates. Z F uses OES to test of all incoming materials to ensure that they are qualified.

Quadratic image measuring instrument

Quadratic image measuring instrument is a non-contact optical measuring system, which USES optics to quickly and accurately measure the two-dimensional dimensions of parts. It can measure any geometric dimension on the plane, including diameter, radius, length, Angle, width, height, depth, point-to-point distance, point-to-line distance, center distance, etc

Coordinate Measuring Machine

Three coordinate measuring instrument (CMM) refers to a hexahedron in the space scope, showing the geometric shape, length and circumference division and other instruments. When do measurement, the probe touches with the surface of the part, the detection system can give the precise position of the probe at any time. A series of points can be collected to define the parameters of a complex structure. These data are put into the computer and handled by corresponding software to accurately calculate the geometric size, status quo and position tolerance of the workpiece.
