Rapid prototyping is the process of producing a complete product in the shortest time using a range of advanced technology and equipment according to drawing. Rapid prototyping is necessary for product development stage, because it can test and evaluate a new product whether it is workable.
Rapid Prototyping Service CNC Machining
CNC machining is widely used in process of metal and engineering plastic products, which can meet requirement of high precision. According to the customer's 3D drawing, CNC machining can produce a complete product in a short time.
3D printing
3D printing can come out a mold for complex structure product, while the precision is not higher than that of CNC machining. Therefore, this way is more suitable for unit and complex product.
Vacuum Casting
vacuum Casting method copy silicone mold with prototype. It can be used hard glue, soft glue or transparent materials to copy the product and come out 30 units in one silicone mold. The prototype can be produced by 3D printing and CNC machining, or can be provided by customers.
Sheet metal manufacturing
